CLCV web redesign 2003-2006
When I started working at the California League of Conservation Voters (CLCV) in October 2002, their web site was one of the last components left in a complete overhaul of their visual identity. That winter, CLCV launched a quickly designed interim site that looked unprofessional and was difficult to use.
By May 2003, I submitted a proposal to redesign the site; by October 2003, I started work on the site (while also working as a phone canvasser); by March 2004, it was launched. The new site highlights the most urgent content; its main audience is current and prospective members. A minor overhaul in early 2006 made better use of space on the front page.
